Lauren is a transactional attorney, with experience in acquisitions, dispositions, financings, retail, medical clinic and condominium development, retail and office leasing and joint ventures. In addition, Lauren assists clients with their day-to-day legal issues, such as reviewing, drafting and interpreting contracts and leases.
Lauren was named to the 2008 Wisconsin Rising Stars listing in “Wisconsin Super Lawyers”.
Lauren is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Wisconsin, earning a Bachelor of Arts with honors in Art History and French from the University of Wisconsin in 1996. In 2003, Lauren graduated from Washington University School of Law, where she served as Executive Notes Editor of the Washington University Law Quarterly. During her last law school semester, Lauren served as a student law clerk to the Honorable Theodore McMillian, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
Lauren is a member of the American, Wisconsin and Dane County Bar Associations, and has been practicing law in Wisconsin since 2003. Before joining Solheim Billing & Grimmer, S.C., Lauren served as corporate counsel for a large, Wisconsin-based retail developer.
