Preventive Advice

Litigation

We have litigated discrimination claims, including claims for sexual harassment and discrimination based on age, race, pregnancy and disability. Our employment law litigators also handle litigation involving other employment actions, including wrongful discharge and contract disputes.  In addition, we help resolve disputes through alternative means such as arbitration and mediation.
