Jennifer concentrates her practice in the areas of intellectual property, litigation and general business. She has represented an independent film company, software developers and others, helping them leverage and protect their intangible assets and providing guidance as they navigate the legal challenges posed by technology and the Internet. She has also represented dog breeders and is currently involved in the start-up of a canine health foundation.
Jennifer is a 2003 graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School, where she served as Senior Articles Editor of the Wisconsin International Law Journal. She was a member of the winning team in the 2003 Sojourner Truth Moot Court Competition, and served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Stephen L. Crocker, Western District of Wisconsin.
Prior to attending law school, Jennifer lived in Chicago and worked as an intellectual property paralegal. She is a 1994 graduate of Kalamazoo College, where she majored in French literature and studied abroad in Caen, France.
Jennifer is a member of the American, Wisconsin and Dane County Bar Associations. She presently serves as the Vice-President of the Williana Clumber Spaniel Club. |
